  1. Caller

My landlord kept my whole deposit. Do I have a case?

  2. Voice

I can’t give legal advice or tell you whether you have a case, but an attorney can. Landlord and tenant disputes are one of the practice areas on our website.

  3. Caller

OK. How do I talk to an attorney?

  4. Voice

Start with Request a consultation on our website. It asks for your name, a good number, and the names of anyone else involved, so the firm can check for conflicts first. The intake team follows up from there.

Scope

Answers from the knowledge you approve. Says so when it doesn’t know.

Same AgenX Voice on the phone and in the browser.

Booking, live transfer and CRM updates aren’t live yet, and we label them that way.

The first demo answers general questions from your published pages. It does not give legal advice, assess a case, run a conflict check, or agree to take anyone on as a client.

A pilot adds the private knowledge you approve: your documentation, operating procedures, policies and scripts.

Questions from law firms.

Will it give legal advice?

No. It says it can’t give legal advice or tell a caller whether they have a case, and points them to your consultation steps.

Does it tell callers it’s AI?

Yes. It tells callers they’re speaking with AI, and it doesn’t present itself as a lawyer.

What about conflicts and confidential details?

Your firm runs its own conflict checks. It doesn’t access client files, and it points callers to your published intake steps. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
