AgenX Voice

Exactly what it does.
Exactly where it stops.

The most expensive AI is the one that makes up answers. So here is the whole list, live today and next, with nothing rounded up.

Live today

What you hear in the demo is what your callers get.

Answers from the knowledge you approve

Your public pages come first; add your documentation, procedures and rules and it answers from those too. Customer records stay out.

Books the visit on the call

It offers real open times from your Google Calendar, books the caller’s pick, and can move or cancel it later.

Texts and emails the details

The confirmation goes out by text once the caller says yes, and by email. It answers appointment emails in your inbox too.

Overflow and after-hours backup, beside your desk

Your team keeps the desk. Voice answers when they can’t, in the hours you choose.

Says when it does not know, instead of guessing

If the answer isn’t in the knowledge you approved, it says so and gives your contact path.

Points callers to your published human path

Share useful information and your team’s contact details when someone needs a personal response.

It does not diagnose faults, quote a specific job, dispatch a crew, or offer a time your calendar doesn’t show as open.

Roadmap

The direction we are building toward. Labeled here so the demo and the page say the same thing.

Message delivery Coming

Today Voice gives callers your published contact path. Taking a message and sending it to your team by text or email is still to come.

Warm transfer to your team

Demonstrated Transfer to an automated receiver · not proof of a staffed human connection

Today a caller who needs a person gets your team’s published contact details. A live transfer to a person on your team is still ahead.

Writing back to your CRM or field-service software

No unsupervised writes to any system. When integrations ship, they will be named here.

Payment routing

Voice never takes card details in the conversation. Routing pay-intent to a payment line is roadmap.

We label the second list instead of selling it.

Configuration matters

Two things depend on how your line is set up. Here is exactly how.

Texting, booking and email Implemented, configuration-specific

Texting needs a phone line registered for business texting and the caller’s yes. Booking and email connect to your Google Calendar and inbox. We set each one up with you before a pilot.

Recording and transcripts

Recording and transcription depend on the session’s settings, and the live sample asks for your consent first. Sending you a summary or transcript after each call is coming, not live.

Questions people ask.

What does it actually do on a call?

It answers from the knowledge you approve: your services, your hours and the questions your website already answers. It books, moves and cancels appointments on your calendar, and sends the details by text or email. It says so when it doesn’t know, and gives callers your published contact path when they need a person.

What happens when it doesn’t know?

It says it doesn’t have that answer and gives the caller your contact path. Send us a page or a document; once you approve it, it answers from it.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Not yet. Today a caller who needs a person gets your team’s published contact details. A transfer to an automated receiver has been demonstrated; a live transfer to a person on your team is still ahead.

Can AgenX Voice book my calendar on the call?

Yes. It checks your Google Calendar for open times, offers only real ones and books the one the caller picks. It can move or cancel a booking too. The caller gets the details by email, and by text once they say yes.

Do you write into ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro?

Roadmap. Nothing is written to your CRM or field-service software until the integration is real and named on this page.

What does a pilot cost?

Your first pilot costs nothing, and a fee begins only once it pays for itself — measured on a scorecard we agree on first. See pricing.
