Who we are

What we collect

On this website: standard server logs at our hosting provider and privacy-first analytics that use no cookies and no cross-site tracking.

We measure how visitors try Voice and request a demo using a random browser-tab identifier that expires after 30 minutes. These analytics contain event categories and timing, not conversation audio, transcripts, contact details or invitation codes. Event data is retained in Cloudflare Analytics Engine for three months.

Through the contact form: your name, work email, and what you tell us. For a demo request, the business website and, if you choose to give it, a phone number.

In Talk sessions and callbacks: the name, email, company, and phone number you give, and the conversation itself.

On the AgenX Voice demo lines: the number you call from, the access code you enter, and the call itself.

If you ask for information by text during a demo call and confirm, we also keep the phone number we texted, the messages sent and received on that thread, their delivery status, and the reviewed answer set used to write them.

Calls, recordings, and transcripts

Voice sessions may be recorded and transcribed. The notice shown or spoken before a session explains the experience you are starting. Recording and transcription depend on the session configuration.

Our retention period for recordings and transcripts is two years. Deletion is currently handled manually; the voice service does not automatically expire this content. Contact us to request earlier deletion.

Text messages from the demo lines

When a caller on an AgenX Voice demo line asks for information by text and confirms, we send a text from the same number and answer replies after the call from that business's published information. A short OpenAI request chooses which reviewed answer to send, using the latest text and up to six earlier texts in that thread, never the call recording or transcript, with storage disabled for that request.

Text messages are kept until you ask us to delete them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Reply STOP to stop texts, START to resume them, or HELP for help.

Demos are built from public information

Personalized demos use published business information. Sample AI receptionists use clearly labeled fictional business details and selected public reference sources.

Who processes your data

These companies process data on our behalf so the website, the demos, and the contact form work:

How we build

We build our systems with AI coding tools (Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Grok). They receive our code and internal documents, not your calls, transcripts, or contact details.

How we use it

To run the demo and Talk sessions, answer your request, review and improve the AI's answers. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@agenxsystems.com. We review deletion requests individually, including any applicable retention obligations.

Changes

The effective date at the top changes whenever this policy does. Our Terms of Use describe how the site and the demos may be used.
