How AgenX Systems LLC handles information from this website, the AgenX Voice demo lines, and Talk sessions. Plain English, dated, and kept current.
Who we are

What we collect
On this website: standard server logs at our hosting provider and privacy-first analytics that use no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Through the contact form: your name, work email, and what you tell us. For a demo request, the business website and, if you choose to give it, a phone number.
In Talk sessions and callbacks: the name, email, company, and phone number you give, and the conversation itself.
On the AgenX Voice demo lines: the number you call from, the access code you enter, and the call itself.
Calls, recordings, and transcripts
Voice sessions may be recorded and transcribed. The notice shown or spoken before a session explains the experience you are starting. Recording and transcription depend on the session configuration.
Our retention period for recordings and transcripts is two years. Deletion is currently handled manually; the voice service does not automatically expire this content. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
Demo agents are built from public information
Personalized demos use published business information. Sample agents use clearly labeled fictional business details and selected public reference sources.
Who processes your data
These companies process data on our behalf so the website, the demos, and the contact form work:

How we build
We build our systems with AI coding tools (Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Grok). They receive our code and internal documents, not your calls, transcripts, or contact details.
How we use it
To run the demo and Talk sessions, answer your request, review and improve the agent's answers. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@agenxsystems.com. We review deletion requests individually, including any applicable retention obligations.
Changes
The effective date at the top changes whenever this policy does. Our Terms of Use describe how the site and the demos may be used.
